Air pollution has become a menace in the present day. Rolls-Royce seems to have done it again as they have very recently announced that they have received record orders that adds up to more than nearly two hundred million dollars, and this is for the equipment that they provide for electrical power generation and supply. Most of their customers are based in countries such as Bangladesh, Spain, Australia as well as Yemen.

This can only mean that the confidence that customers have in the quality of power generation provided by Rolls Royce is only on the rise; this is an a proud announcement that the company made recently in Amsterdam at the Power-Gen Europe conference.

The products that the company is delivering are of course doing the basic job of generating power in an excellent fashion; but not only that the advanced technology that the company uses makes sure that the emission levels are very low which means that the company is also doing its bit for the environment.

If you have an excess of £250.00 then you will have to pay the first two hundred and fifty pounds of any damage to your car if the accident was your fault. It can reduce your insurance costs if you take on a particularly high excess payment. This policy can of course backfire if you do have a crash, but then I take you back to my first way to save money on your insurance.

I have recently been fortunate enough to get a pretty hefty pay rise. This is not something that happens often to me, so I really wanted to treat myself. Our family car is great, we have a Mondeo Tdci which is quiet, comfortable, reliable and cheap to run, but I had always hankered after something a little bit more exciting! We only had one car in the family and my wife was often bemoaning the fact that she couldn’t get out and about as much as she would like.

I decided to kill two birds with one stone, and find a new car! I would let my wife have the Mondeo through the week when I was at work, and I would find a sporty little number for getting to work! I knew it sounded like the archetypal mid life crisis, but who cares!

I started to look on a website called Motors.co.uk. This is a great site which lets you choose how you search. There is a big list of parameters and you decide what you want to include in your search. I restricted the search to 100 miles from my post code and indicated I was looking for a coupe with nothing less than a 2.5 litre engine, with a price range of between 5000 and 10,000 pounds.

2011 Subaru WRX STI Sedan

FHI (Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd.) gives proof to the world that it is continuing to try very hard to stretch the possibilities of vehicles and their performance to levels that have not been tried or accomplished before.

Exactly how have they demonstrated this? Through an exclusive video footage that the company has released; this footage shows the kind of research and experiments that the Subaru vehicles have been trying out and practicing- and all this is done on the Nurburgring’s racetracks which are in Germany. The vehicle that they used for these experiments in the footage is the 2011 Subaru WRX STI 4-door sedan.

So what is the concept behind this 2011 Subaru that is being tested? That it would be labeled as the fastest WRX STI to exist ever. You might not be aware of this, but with a Subaru vehicle, this concept of being the “fastest” does not necessarily only mean driving at the fastest speed possible or having the maximum degree of output from the engine, but it also actually means driving with sheer confidence. Therefore, the WRX STI can be tagged as the “fastest ever” only when technology takes it to a level where the driver of the vehicle has complete confidence and control over the Subaru with the fastest ever performance.

Speaking in the layman’s language, the fuel used in cars and motorbikes, the rate and extent of accidents in each of them, and car and motorcycle insurances are some of the differential aspects between cars and motorbikes.
The fuel used in cars is actually cheaper than that used in motorbikes. This is because of the friction modifiers used in car fuel which cannot be used in bike fuel owing to some technical complexities.

This is maintained, mainly to prevent motorcycles from getting into accidents. However, still it is seen or believed that motorbikes tend to face accidents more than cars. And statistics just helps in strengthening this common belief. It is seen that, the casualty rate per 100,000 registered motorcycles is 64.88 while that in case of registered cars is only 15.72. Thus, the chances of casualty in a bike accident are 4 times than in a car accident.
