Mercedes Pick Langenbrinck As a Key Man for France
Mercedes Pick Langenbrinck
PARIS – March Langenbrinck has been appointed as the new general manager of Mercedes-Benz in France. Previously the same position was held by Roland Schell, who will now become the head of marketing and sales for Mercedes Benz in Italy.
The new appointments will take effect from April 1, 2011.
In 1995, when Langenbrinck joined the Mercedes parent company Daimler AG in Germany, since then he has worked on a number of executive positions. In 2007, he was selected as the head of International Sales and Marketing department at Mercedes ‘fleet’, for used and direct cars sales operations.
Since 2009, Langenbrinck was working as the head of International sales and marketing for Daimler microcar subsidiary Smart.
He also got a business degree from France’s elite EM Lyon management school.
