History of Automobile
Automobile
The history of automobile can be traced back to 1769. The creation of steam powered automobiles had then been transformed to human aid transportation. This soon became capable with the first cars to be enabling internal combustion engines that could be run on fuel. The 1885 ubiquitous gasoline empowered petro fuel went on run for the combustion engine right at the turn of the century.
The 20th century largely disappeared with some of the greatest commonality with the 21st century interest in cars that were zero emission, low end or high breed. The spaced out history of automobile evolution had also included the whole century of high fuel release cars that had by large increased the overall pollution level of earth. Combustion relation and the high pollution release went hand in hand. The early automobile could be divided by parts automobile propulsion through its changes.
Later times became more dominant with the trends and exteriors styling with the varying sizes and utility preferences of the car. One of the greatest inventors of the car-related theories and techniques was German engineer, Carl Benz. The related technologies of the invention of automobile were the soon regarded as the internal combustion with the greatest inventions that followed in car making technology.
NAC MG UK Changes Its Name to MG Motor UK
According to company spokesman, NAC MG UK has changed its name to emphasize the MG name, referring to its British origin. It has taken up the name MG motor UK to leave the impressions of its parent Chinese company name.
The company’s spokesman said, “The new name will help strengthen the company’s reputation and re-emergence in the market by emphasizing the already well known MG brand.”
In 2005, MG Rover which was set up at Longbridge, central England, sold its assets to NAC; Nanjing Automobile Company due to economical crises. NAC was sold to a bigger rival, a Chinese group NAC in December 2007.
Last year in September, Nanjing Automobile Company launched its MG TF LE500 roadster in England. Its kits were imported from China and the car was assembled here in England.
The company also revealed its plans of launching a few new models in Longbridge. Though, no announcements of firm export were made.
Will the Tokyo Motor Show Be Cancelled?
Today it was known through a JAMA executive that debates are going on in Japan Automobile Manufacturers’ Association to decide whether to cancel the Tokyo motor Show 2009, due in October, or not.
But JAMA’s executive director and Secretary General Toshihiro Iwatakeinion said, “A couple of companies are not in favor of organizing the show under these conditions, but that is not JAMA’s opinion.”
It is noticeable that the idea of canceling this year’s automobile show has come up from a few non-Japanese Automobile manufacturers. Reason thereby, the economical recession prevailing world over.
