Aston Martin’s Ultra-Limited One-77 to Be Unveiled This Weekend
Concorso d’ Eleganza event to be held in Italy on this weekend and the special thing about this even is the launch of Aston Martin’s ultra-limited One-77.
The pics of the vehicle have already emerged at the Geneva motor show and a technical cut away was also presented there, but now these guys have promised to show everything there.
Only 77 copies of the model will be produced with $1.75m cost for each. There is a 7.3-liter V12 powerhouse that would produce a 700hp with 516 lb-ft torque.
G-Force is The World’s Fastest Car, Maxximus Claims
The Maxximus guys claim that their Maxximus G-Force is the world’s fastest street legal car.
It’s not only about Maxximus guys who seem to claim so, as the World Records Academy has also confirmed that.
This fast and furious Maxximus G-Force covers 60mph in just 2.1 seconds, 100mph only in 4.5 seconds and hits 0-100 mph supercar benchmark in just 8.9 seconds.
Renntech tunes Mercedes SLR to delightful 777hp
For most of tuners, the supercar SLR McLaren is, indeed, a real test and to some extent for Mercedes as well.
For SLR, though their end looks quite near, they wouldn’t quietly fade into the history of the cars.
The last (but not least) SLR version is under development and Florida-based tuner sparing no efforts to make it a real history.
They are boosting its power to 777hp that is delightfully sinful and similarly they seem to make the most of the carbon fiber chassis of the car.
Honda Cancels NSX Development
To reform its auto business in these days of recession, Honda has announced to cancel the development of its new NSX.
With its V10 powered engine, NSX was quite well-known as a direct challenger to Porsche and Ferrari, and it could be the most powerful supercar that Honda had ever produced.
Honda’s Chief Executive Takeo Fukui told about that move in his year end address. He said that all development of the NSX had been canceled and the company also withdrew from its plan of introducing its Acura brand in Japan during 2010.
