2013 Nissan Pathfinder Wins Versatility Award

Nissan is quickly rising up the popularity charts in the United States as they are bringing out some of the best vehicles to the consumers. Now, Nissan has made an announcement that the all new 2013 Nissan Pathfinder has received the 2013 Automotive Excellence Award for being one of the best versatile cars in the market.  The company said that they have received this recognition from Popular Mechanics magazine and they are glad that the jury has chosen 2013 Nissan Pathfinder as one of the excellently versatile vehicle.

Nissan said that every year editors and jury of the magazine come together to choose top ten vehicles in the market in various segments and the vehicles are featured in the magazine later on. Nissan said that the full package honorees will be featured in the December issue of Popular Mechanics that will hit the stands in next few weeks. Al Castignetti Vice President and General Manager of Nissan North America division said that Pathfinder has been redesigned to make a perfect family adventure vehicle. It also incorporates the advanced technology and comfortable seating that offers better luxury than other cars in the same category. On the other hand, it also offers better fuel economy.

Popular Mechanics Associate Editor Andrew Del-Colle said that it is good to see that Nissan has redesigned the vehicle on the outside with unibody construction and made it more spacious than before to offer more practicality to the vehicle. The fourth generation Pathfinder achieves 26 mpg on the highway EPA estimates which is best in its class.
