Ford feels privileged to contribute in philanthropic causes, its recent action proved that it is very concerned towards welfare of the community. Couple a days ago it announced a new philanthropic program “Ford 4 UR Community” with the help of Ford dealers.

Drive 4 UR Community

Mission of Drive 4 UR Community is to collect funds for NGOs and local communities. This new philanthropic program of Ford carries the same spirit of the renowned program of Ford “Ford 4 UR School Initiative” that was announced in 2007. For local schools, Ford 4 UR School Initiative collected above 12 million USD.

Manager at Ford U.S. Marketing, David Mondragon said “The Drive 4 UR Community program is a great example of how Ford dealers can go further in their communities to help local charities raise needed funds for a cause. This initiative exemplifies ‘people serving people,’ which is a key pillar of Ford’s global brand promise. It’s a win for both because we donate $20 per test drive to the event while introducing our new lineup of great cars, trucks and SUVs to consumers who are there to support the cause. And many of the people who attend the fundraisers may not have had the opportunity to drive a Ford before.”

In order to plan and program fund raising event, dealers of Ford will work in collaboration with local NGOs. This arrangement will help to raise funds for the Drive 4 UR Community.
