The Mustang is back, after achieving a fantastic career in the auto markets the Ford Mustang became the dream of sports car’s lovers, the latest models of Ford Mustang was a highly anticiapted one in the auto industry and finally the company has shown the 2012 model of this car.

On Friday at Laguna Seca, where Parnelli Jones won the 1970 Trans-Am season opener in a Boss 302, the new dashing model got revealed, the Ford Mustang has rocked the roads in the 60’s and 70’s and now with the same spirit its is announced for the auto industry.
According to the specifications, this new model will be based on 5.0 liter V8 engine that will give 440hp that ia almost 28hp more than the previous model of GT. This car is titled as the Boss and the torque rating for this Boss is reported to be 380lb-ft which is also nice.
The top speed of this model is reported to be 155mph and another excitement brought for the new model is that it is paired with close-ratio six speed manual gearbox. According to Mustang chief engineer Dave Pericak “Boss is a hallowed word around here, and we couldn’t put that name on a new Mustang until we were sure everything was in place to make this car a worthy successor.”
Whether you call it a king or a boss, every such name suits this model just because of its terrific past career and we can expect that Ford will mainatin its status in the future as well.
